Course cards erase after favoriting them

Randomly, my course cards are no longer on my dashboard when BetterCampus is on Canvas, but when I remove the BetterCampus extension, my original course cards pop up again. I have been using BetterCampus consistently for about a year, and this has never happened. I deleted it and redownloaded it. Please advise!
