Improvement to the Notes section

New FeaturesNotes Page

I think it would greatly improve the note-taking experience if bullet lists behaved more like they do in apps such as Notion or Microsoft Word. Currently, when I press Enter to move a bullet point back one indentation level, I have to manually type /bullet again and press Enter multiple times to recreate the correct nested level. It would be much more intuitive if pressing Enter on an empty bullet decreased the indentation level (and pressing it again exited the list), just like in other note-taking applications. This would make creating and editing nested bullet lists much faster and more seamless.

However, I think a fun idea to add would be hanging/drop down headings!

Otherwise, great start to the note taking section of BetterCanvas! 😀

Additionally, I realize if I put ‘/heading 3’ when I meant to put ‘/heading 2’ and backspace, it does not generate the command and I have to completely erase the whole line in order for the command to prompt itself again.

Another beneficial thing to add would be a numbered bulleted list.
