The BetterCampus screen becomes full Canvas

I really think there should be an option to have the new (and very well-designed, if I may add) BetterCampus screen—screenshot attached because I’m not very good at describing it—just be Canvas. We could incorporate the other features, like Courses, Inbox, and the Canvas Calendar, into it as well.

I think this would make Canvas much easier to use and give it a much cleaner, better-looking interface overall.
